Lifestyle: How to practice Self-Love and Self-Appreciation.

This is one of my favorite topics, but let me start by asking you -What is Self-love?

Self-love is a process, and it takes time and effort. The first step is to recognize your own worth and value as a person, and not rely on external validation from others. You should also practice self-compassion and be kind and understanding with yourself when you make mistakes. Taking care of your physical health, by eating well, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep, is also important for overall well-being. Additionally, set aside time for activities that bring you joy and help you feel relaxed and happy. Finally, remember to be patient and gentle with yourself as you grow and learn.

Lifestyle: Benefits of Taking Breaks Away From Social Media.

I really have missed you all, my beloved readers. Sometimes I turn off the computer and try to focus more on important things, like actual life, side projects, self-care, and being in the moment. We frequently lose ourselves when we dwell on unimportant things or things that shouldn't even be on our minds, and the result is negative self-esteem.

For the most part, I just switch off and concentrate on myself because I enjoy trying my best to live out what I teach, which is "Prioritising mental health". Most people ask me, "How do you do it? I reply, "It's because I'm very comfortable and content in my own company that you can just hide and turn into this hermit, you don't communicate or blow out."

Lifestyle: How To Kick Start Your Day Right.

Lately, it is becoming a daily struggle for many to get out of bed and start the day, the energy in the world is enough to leave you feeling drained and lethargic. The way we start our day can strongly influence how the rest of the day goes. In this short post, I will be sharing a few ways to kickstart your day. When you feel groggy in the morning, don’t rush to get out of bed. Open the windows, take a second to sit in silence, be grateful to the universe and God for the grace to see a brand new day, and observe your surroundings. Don’t reach for your phone to check emails or social media. Keep electronics in another room or on flight mode and get an alarm clock to wake you up instead. Take care of your own well-being first. The world can wait trust me.
