If you are like me then you are always looking for the best skin care product out there because you know the importance of taking good care of your skin.
As you know Skin is the largest organ of the human body which is only one reason that skincare is so vital. I am reminded of this saying by Linden Tyler “Invest in your skin. It is going to represent you for a very long time.”
That's why you have to be good to your skin. You’ll wear it every day for the rest of your life.
Today I will briefly share my experience with YUZA products from Erborian, Yuza is a word derived from the fruit Yuzu.
Yuzu is known for its high Vitamin C content, it has active properties that moisturize, anti oxidizes, and protects your skin giving you a more radiant-looking and stronger-feeling complexion.

One thing my close friends know about me is that I love the Korean Culture, their food and skin care products especially. One day I got a lovely email inviting me to try some lovely products by the company but because I am against writing reviews about products I will not even try or consider buying personally, I opted for researching products of theirs that I would really like to try, I told them the name after having a browse through their website and when it arrived I was hesitant but excited to try the products, I was only hesitant because I am that way with anything new lol not because I did not trust the product, sadly, when you have had to deal with skin problems like acne, pimples, spots,etc. Due to past medical issues you have to be careful when it comes to products you use on your sensitive skin.
YUZA Double Lotion: Bi-phase radiance lotion
Every person should learn to be their own skincare expert because only you know what's good for your skin. Everything they say about this lotion is true, from the beautiful scent to how your skin feels after application, in my case I use disposable face pads to apply it lightly while practicing my routine skincare regimen.
I use it after a good face cleanse, removing my makeup, washing my face with my other cleanser to remove any residue, I then move on to applying this lotion to my skin and I saw a real difference using this occasionally, I love it so much because it proved my theory right about Vitamin C products.
This lotion helps you smoothen your skin and reveals the radiance of dull, tired complexions (lol believe me,I have been there).
Like I said earlier, it's enriched with Japanese Yuzu, known for its antioxidant properties, it combines the benefits of two phases that effectively work together: an aqueous phase helps reveal the skin's radiance, and an oily phase helps nourish, leaving skin looking supple and full of vitality.
Tip: I use it instead of using a toner, so if you have dry skin this is perfection.
I then move on to the serum, If you are new to my blog then you may not know this, but people who read my blog regularly know that I love serums especially because it gives me the opportunity to use my face roller pictured below;
I feel this serum helps my skin a lot when it comes to nourishing and protecting it. I started using it during a very stressful period in my life when my skin won't stop breaking out, you all know how life has its ups and downs, when life sometimes chooses not to give you a break sometimes your body cries for help through different avenues but mine sometimes sends me vibes through my skin and tells me to get it together.
I think what really makes this serum great is because of its ultra-light texture, reminiscent of freshly squeezed Yuzu juice that absorbs easily into the skin.
Also, lest I forget - its brightening effect is definitely a WIN for me.
How does it brighten the skin?
The brightening effect is due to the fact that it is enriched with vitamin C, and as a beauty therapist I always love to research herbs and fruits that will aid your attempt in achieving great skin and this serum acts as a protective veil over the skin, it prevents moisture loss while providing antioxidant protection against external aggressors leaving your skin feeling beautiful. ( Am I beginning to sound like a TV ad, it's alright it's because my opinion about this product is true especially because I have tried it. I even used it last night and that's why I am speaking this boldly lol)
Application tips:
The active ingredients penetrate the skin better when it is damp. We recommend applying the super serum immediately after spraying a mist or lotion.
This daily moisturizer is so lightweight and smells faintly of citrus. I love how hydrating it is and how glowy it makes my skin.

This sorbet is enriched with yuzu, Licorice root extract (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) Antioxidant, Brightening
Vitamin E Antioxidant, Honey Extract and it provide anti-inflammatory properties to boost tired complexions. The nourishing cream helps to soothe and soften while strengthening the skin’s natural barrier and defending against free radicals and environmental stressors.
Erborian Yuza Sorbet features a smooth, creamy texture that absorbs easily into the skin. As well as imparting radiance, the cream contributes towards an even complexion and stronger, healthier skin with a visible and lasting glow.
Need I say more? I can say it's from their lips to God's ears. At first, when I opened it and saw the microcapsules (gradient-like) particles on the inside I was wondering what it was, I mean I have tried Mango Sorbet Ice cream, etc, but not used anything like it on my skin at all so this was interesting.
In the end, I can say Its texture is not sorbet-like at all, just a very thick cream with yellow microcapsules with antioxidant properties. It has a light and beautiful scent to it and smells divine, I adore any citrus aroma so this was just something I was used to.
I can say that the aim of this product is to promote radiance and a beautiful glow as well as strengthen the skin.
Extra Tip:
You do not need to use it a lot, Just a dab of it goes a long way and the micro-capsules break down and melt into the skin leaving you feeling like you have just rolled around on my Silk bed sheets.
Filters are great, but skincare is better, Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself and take care of yourself.
