They say Homemade Ice Cream is the quintessential summer treat, right?
This homemade ice cream recipe can also be the easiest ice cream you will ever make or taste.
Recipe
Vanilla Ice cream (No Churn)
397 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
600ml Pot of Double Cream
1tbsp of Vanilla Extract or Vanilla bean paste
Rainbow sprinkles or toppers of your choice.
Method:
Put the condensed milk, cream, and vanilla into a large bowl, and beat it with an electric whisk until it's thick and stiff ( looking like clotted cream).
Little Tip:
If you are adding extra flavor to your ice cream, now is the time to do it, you can add cocoa powder like I did to the ice cream for a delicious chocolate ice cream or mix through some berry coulis for a raspberry ripple. Alternatively, you can choose a flavoring of your choice.
Scrape it into a freezer container or a large loaf tin, cover it with cling film, and put it into the freezer, let it freeze until it's solid.
