This simple but totally flavorful Seafood salad makes the perfect meal-prep meal for lunch or dinner thanks to pan-seared citrus and Chilli-flavored Prawns, creamy avocado, and a mixture of other veggies.
This seafood salad is quick and easy, I have written the ingredients below which is not a lot, I was trying to recreate a starter dish I tried at a restaurant while on holiday but I added an extra twist to my homemade salad.
INGREDIENTS
Spinach
Pea Shoots
Red Chard
Red Pak Choi
Purple Radish Salad
Avacado
King Prawns
Crunchy & Juicy Vine Ripened Cherry Tomatoes
Tuna
Sea Food Sticks
Birds Eye Chilli Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Granulated Garlic
Salad Dressing
Freshly Squeezed Orange
Freshly Squeezed Lime
A little Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chill Pepper
Honey
This Salad really doesn’t take much doing to cook up a fresh batch — a quickly-prepared protein is one of the essential parts of composing a salad like this.
Step 1
Combine the veggies in a bowl and wash them ( I wash my vegetables before eating) squeeze any excess water out of them and add to a serving dish, add some thinly sliced carrots, lettuce, and vegetable of your choice, lightly stir fry your prawn, with the tuna and add some spices of your choice, I love my chili pepper especially cayenne, I added honey and a little red wine to the frying pan along with some seafood sticks.
When this is done add this on top of the vegetables or on a separate dish.
Step 2
I carefully separated the avocado from the skin and sliced the avocado adding it on top of the salad, I then lightly stir-fried some vine tomatoes with some spices, dressing, garlic, and chives.
Lastly, I love making my own salad dressing, I made this with a fresh squeeze of sweet orange, some lemon, organic honey, and chili pepper, and voila you are good to go.
