Today I am sharing one of my favorite Home-made smoothies with you, I will always advice you all to fill your body up with plenty of fluids, probiotics – like tummy-friendly yogurt and foods rich in dietary fiber to make your digestive system run smoothly and swiftly. I am a huge fan of Home-made smoothies because it allows me to experiment with what I love and what I have got rather than sticking to the smoothies sold in stores.
